Mrs Esther Kansere

I am pleased and at the same time humbled to be trusted by parents to represent you all as Parent Governor from September 2021.

I am committed to the school Vision and Ethos and to improving education for our children. I have confidence that we are moving in the right direction and will use all my experience over the years to support the development and growth of the school as Parent Governor.

I will work to highlight to the Board of Governors how the decisions made will impact the school from a parent’s perspective.

I expect to create more linkages with the PTA and build on what has been achieved during my tenure as PTA president. I will therefore work towards fostering even better and more successful events through linkages with the Board of Governors and the PTA Executive Team.

I will keep a live communication channel which will enable me to positively work to bring a parental perspective to the issues discussed at the board. Please feel free to contact me anytime on my email ekansere@gmail.com.

I wish all parents, pupils and the school body an excellent academic year 2021/2022.

Mrs E. Kansere
Parent Governor

Get to know me

I am a very emotionally passionate person. I have a strong imagination, so I love to write in English, doing Art, making Music, and acting. Biology is my favorite science, and I can honestly binge watch an entire science series during the weekend. I’m not perfect and I do have flaws, but that’s my humanity and I enjoy being that vulnerable around others. You’ll probably see me with a smile on my face when you meet me and I aim to be a person you can talk to and trust. It is my pleasure to be headboy and try to fill the shoes of those before me. I am honored to have your trust and will reflect that support to all the students and my fellow peers.

Meet The Head Girl

My name is Leah, and I am 15 years old. I have been in Stanborough since year 7 and came up from the primary school. A bit about me is that: My favourite colour is blue; I love reading books especially mystery and crime one as well as a balance of TV. My favourite sport is swimming and I enjoy playing games; especially because I like to win.

I’m very hard working and I’m very critical of myself in the sense that I always want to do my best. I enjoy meeting up with friends and going places and sometimes if it doesn’t involve rats, needles, and heights, trying new things. I enjoy doing art and this is one of my portraits which I drew.

This is just a few things about me, but I hope to do my duty as Head Girl to the best of my ability and be a great role model. If you see me in the corridor, feel free to come talk to me.
