Instructions to draw the frame
Divide the page in half, horizontally (across the middle of the page from left to right). Then draw a line horizontally above and below the middle line so that you have 4 equal rectangles.
Divide the page in half vertically (down from the top of the page to the bottom). Then divide the two halves vertically on the left and on the right in half.
You should now have 16 equal boxes. If the boxes are not equal (the same size) start again!
